Paris Apartments
On a quiet street in the center of the Marais, the Context Apartment in Paris is within a two-minute walk to the Ile de la Cite, the Place des Vosges, and the Bastille. Located in the 4th arrondissement, it is equidistant to several main metro stops, including lines 1, 5, and 7. It is surprisingly quiet and cool, with little car traffic on this one-block-long, street.
The main apartment (containing one of the bathrooms and bedrooms) has an open layout with a fully-equipped kitchen and an adjustable table that seats up to 8. On the other end of the main room is an L-shaped couch that turns easily into a double bed. The ceilings are wood-beamed and the floors are terra-cotta.
The main bedroom has a queen-sized, extra-firm bed, an in-suite bathroom with rain shower and tub.
The kitchen has plenty of work space, an espresso machine, dishwasher and new appliances.

The second bedroom is located outside the main door to the apartment and 2 meters down the hall. It is a former maid's quarters with a double bed, shower stall, sink and W.C. It is a tiny room with a sloped ceiling, but works fine for sleeping and washing up. The arrangement is unconventional, but it allows for great privacy. There is a phone system to call between the two rooms, and there are no other apartments on this floor to maximize privacy when going in and out of main apartment.
The flat is 2 flights up (3rd floor) with no elevator. There is a washer and dryer, but no TV. There is wifi internet and free phone calls in Europe.
