Venice Train Station Transfer

Context Venice works with a fleet of private water taxis, which can be booked for transfers to and from the Santa Lucia train station. This transfer allows for a stress-free entry (or exit) into Venice, as the boat will be able to drop you off (or pick you up) directly at your Venice hotel.

Your water taxi driver will wait for 10 minutes at the taxi stand. For every additional 10 minutes of waiting, a 10 euro surcharge will needed to be added to your order.

Please note the water taxis charge €10 for every piece of baggage above 8, with 12 pieces of luggage being the maximum allowed on board. Should you have more than 8 bags, please alert us to this in your Trip Notes so we can assess the surcharge. After picking you up, if you decide to make additional stops, you will be responsible for paying the water taxi driver directly for these charges.
