A pre-arranged, pre-paid car service saves time and money. The driver will pick you up at your hotel on the morning of your departure and then whisk you to airport outside of Florence. Use the form below to request this service.
Please supply us both with your flight departure time and the time that you would like to be picked up at your hotel or apartment in Florence. (For apartment pick-ups we need the exact address.) We advised that you schedule this pick-up time for at least 2.5 hours in advance of your flight departure time, as the airlines generally require that you arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight.
We strongly recommend booking a larger sized vehicle if you have a significant amount of luggage.
