Monti Lattari Hike

There is more to the Amalfi coast than just wonderful coastlines and crystal clear water. The Amalfi peninsula also offers breathtaking views and outstanding paths for those who are interested in a hike in nature. This half day walk with our docent will show you a side of the Amalfi coast that is still unknown to the crowds. The day begins at your hotel or villa; from there, depending on your location and your hiking ability, we'll pick up one of the paths connecting the villages of the Amalfi coast. Your docent is not only an hiking expert but also a connoisseur of local traditions and culinary habits, she will introduce you to the beauty and secrets of this land.

The paths of the Monti Lattari used to be the only connection between the various cities of the Amalfi Coast, from Ravello to Maiori, to Positano and Sorrento. All villages can be reached through these rural roads. The landscape ranges from mountain to sea to lemon trees. Wild animals, birds and unique vegetation add on the spectacular scenery you'll have in front of your eyes.

Caveat: This walk takes place only during spring and fall (roughly March to October). Once you place your request, we will be in touch to discuss the particulars of the timing.

Note: If you have your own transport and would like to meet your docent at the beginning of one particular path, please make a note of this. Let us know where you are staying in the Amalfi coast area, and we will get back to you with detailed directions for getting to the meeting point, the docent's phone number, and so on. If you would like to arrange for a car service for the morning, there will be an added cost for this depending on how many people you have in your group.
