One of our drivers will show up at your hotel/apartment at the appointed time and whisk you to the airport. They can also assist with bags and any curbside logistics. Besides the convenience, keep in mind that in Rome this kind of pre-arranged car service can often cost the same or slightly less than hailing a cab.
In placing your request for this departure transfer please supply us both with the time of your flight's departure from the airport and also the time that you wish to be picked up from your hotel/apartment in Rome. We recommend that you schedule your pick up time for 2.75 hours prior to your flight departure time if flying internationally, as it can take up to forty-five minutes to get to the aiport from Rome, and the airlines generally request that you arrive two hours early. As like all Context:Rome services, we will confirm this with you in the next 48 hours.
If you have a large amount of luggage, it's best to book a larger sized vehicle.
