Context:Rome can purchase tickets on Eurostar trains running between Rome and Florence for you in advance. As part of this service, tickets are either delivered to your hotel or rented apartment in Rome before your arrival or, if e-tickets are available we will provide you with the information accordingly.

At checkout you will be required to supply your hotel information. If you're staying in a Rome apartment, you can pickup your tickets from the Context Rome office during business hours, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. The Context Rome office is located at Via Baccina 40, near Trajan's Market. If you are staying at a hotel outside of central Rome, you have the option of receiving an electronic ticket via email, which can be ordered for an added surcharge of 3 euro or, paper tickets can be delivered for an additional 13 euro to cover the courier service, which will be added to your order once it is submitted.

Cancellation Policies

We no longer are able to purchase tickets for clients within two weeks of any given date. All orders for tickets much be placed at least two weeks before the date of the train.

Children 12-years old and younger have a 50% discount on Eurostar and Intercity trains. If you are traveling with children, please note this, as we will apply the proper discount when charging your order.
