A pre-arranged, pre-paid car service and water taxi saves time and money. The driver will meet you right out of customs and take you to Piazzale Roma, where a pre-arranged water taxi will whisk you to your hotel in Venice. Your water taxi will do their best to drop you at the door of your hotel, but some of the smaller canals make it impossible for boats to enter. If this is the case, your driver will drop you at the nearest point and make sure you are clear on how to arrive the rest of the way on foot.
Your driver will call the airport ahead of time to make sure your flight is on time and adjust his service accordingly. (You only need to contact us when you miss your flight, or there is some other unusual delay.)
We strongly recommend booking a larger sized vehicle if you have a significant amount of luggage.
Please note that travelers going to Lido di Venezia S. Maria Elisabetta, Lido Excelsior - Casino - San Nicolo, the island of San Clemente, or Murano will be charged an automatic €33 supplement.
Please note that if your service takes place during off-hours (10pm-7am), we charge €165 for a sedan and €215 for a minivan.
Please note the water taxis charge €8 for every piece of baggage above 8, with 12 pieces of luggage being the maximum allowed on board. You are responsible for paying the driver this fee directly should you have more than 8 bags. After picking you up, if you decide to make additional stops, you will be responsible for paying the water taxi driver directly for these charges.
