Some travelers prefer knowing ahead of time that a water taxi and car is reserved for their day of departure. A water taxi will be waiting for you at your Venice hotel/apartment and will rendezvous with one of our cars in Piazzale Roma, where you will then be whisked to the airport.
In placing your request for this departure transfer please supply us both with the time of your flight's departure from the airport and also the time that you wish to be picked up from your hotel/apartment in Venice. We recommend that you schedule your pick up time for 2.75 hours prior to your flight departure time if flying internationally, as it can take up to forty-five minutes to get to the airport from Venice, and the airlines generally request that you arrive two hours early.
If you have a large amount of luggage, it's best to book a larger sized vehicle.
Please note that travelers departing from Lido di Venezia S. Maria Elisabetta, Lido Excelsior - Casino - San Nicolo, the island of San Clemente, or Murano will be charged an automatic €33 supplement.
Please note: The water taxis will begin to charge you extra after waiting for 10 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time, so please be waiting promptly. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes after the departure, you are responsible for settling any money owed, directly with the driver.
Please note that if your service takes place during off-hours (10pm-7am), we charge €165 for a sedan and €215 for a minivan.
Please note the water taxis charge €8 for every piece of baggage above 8, with 12 pieces of luggage being the maximum allowed on board. You are responsible for paying the driver this fee directly should you have more than 8 bags. After picking you up, if you decide to make additional stops, you will be responsible for paying the water taxi driver directly for these charges.
