Sabry was an amazing guide and if you don't have a lot of time in Amsterdam but want to make sure you see a taste of the city's amazing artistic tradition, this tour is a must. I've been on many talks and tours around the world and it's really rare to have a scholar of Sabry's experience and caliber - I wish I had him all day and could attend his lectures at the university. Even in a very crowded museum, he managed to make the entire experience intimate and informative and we learned so much! Thank you for such a lovely morning!

This was so worth the splurge - the boat was an antique wooden canal boat beautifully restored with a full bar and it was such a treat to be able to drift through Amsterdam in comfort and privacy with Josje's expert commentary on the history of Amsterdam. Highly recommended, especially for those who want to experience Amsterdam by boat but in style and comfort.
