Brendan led an extremely informative food tour. Bright, engaged and energetic he informed our visits with personal vignettes of his youth as an Irish expat being raised on a large farm in South America, his travels and extensive studies abroad. Brendan took us to two truly unique small establishments frequented solely by locals for early coffee and later by a full lunch.
