Our entire family had a wonderful time with Patrizia, and it was one of the most special things we did during our time in Italy. Patrizia graciously shared with us her extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture and her home, welcoming us into her world. Our kids, ages 9 and 6, loved learning about the art of pasta making, and it was an experience we will not forget. Thank you, Patrizia for a wonderful time!

This experience was delightful. Getting to plan a meal while exploring what was in season as we strolled through the marketplace was exciting and pushed our creative collaboration. It was terrific to be out of a "watch and listen" learning experience (which are also great) and, instead, be fully immersed in making the meal happen. Patrizia is a patient and delightful guide and coach. It was a memorable day that was a highlight of our trip.
