We recently brought our grandson to Italy. It’s important for us to show our grandchildren the beauty, history and treasures of the world. The Florence Artisan Tour was absolutely perfect. Adrienne was a wonderful guide. She is friendly, knowledgeable and was patient with me as I veered off her planned tour and popped in to non scheduled shops. We saw amazing artisans!! One, sadly, is the last of his kind. My grandsons eyes were opened to the artistry and quality behind goods made by hand with care and attention. I purchased items to bring home for my other grandchildren with videos of the artisans creating similar items. The paper printing blew my younger grandchildren’s minds! They will never look at the bookmarks and picture frames I gifted them the same way again. The leather artist created a one of a kind leather belt that my grandson will have for decades to come. We greatly appreciate the time he took to measure and make the belt (we returned after the tour to select the belt components and order the belt). Because we are farmers, Adrienne brought us to a traditional bakery to taste a delicious treat made with crops we grow. Thats just beyond thoughtfulness! The treat was so tasty and wasn’t like anything else we had tasted in various bakeries in Italy. Thank you Adrienne for a wonderful time. Your hospitality and care opened our eyes to the beautiful world of Florentine artisanal crafts. I highly recommend this tour for a one of it’s kind, once in a lifetime experience.
