Miami Private and Small Group Guided Tours

( 26 )
Known as "The Magic City," this sun-drenched metropolis is truly enchanting.
Miami, a former swamp settled by the indigenous Tequesta Indians, grew out of a vision in the late 19th century by local developer Julia Tuttle, who was later called "The Mother of Miami." Her dream of a big city by the Miami River was realized—the city and its metropolitan area ballooned from 1,000 residents in 1890 to over 6 million in 2017. Miami's drastic growth has been fueled by many immigrant groups, including Cuban exiles starting in the 1960s, and it was nicknamed the Capital of Latin America for its large Hispanic population. The city is also renowned for its art deco and Mimo (Miami Modernist) architectural styles, most visible on the palm-lined streets of Miami Beach. Explore glamorous Miami with Context's private and small group guided tours.

Annette was super. Engaging and knowledgeable. Made us feel like we were being shown around by a member of our family. Definitely enhanced our knowledge and experience in Miami. Highly recommend.
Annette was very knowledgeable. A wonderful guide with lots of information about the area.
I think Annette did a good job, but to be honest not sure if this should have been a tour. The content was relatively weak and the sites uninteresting. Not at same level as other context tours we have taken in Europe.
