John was excellent, his depth of knowledge was tremendous. He modestly claimed not to be an expert on everything, but we did not have a question he did not expertly answer.

We had a wonderful time going through the Met with Alexandra. We have been to the museum before, but felt like we just wandered through aimlessly. It was worth every penny to walk through with Alexandra. She was friendly and easy to talk to, and opened up a world for us in explaining what we were looking at. She made previously dull exhibits come alive. She also pointed out a special exhibit that we weren't aware of, and helped us navigate the confusing wait list to get in. We look forward to our next trip to NYC so we can book Alexandra again, perhaps for a different type of tour.
