Context's Paris private tours are crafted for those with a thirst for knowledge and a love for exploration. Unlike any tour you've been on before, Context experts dive deep to connect you to the soul of a place and hear the stories only locals know.

With over 30 guided tours, including tours for kids and families, food tours, and art museum tours there's a tour for you. Enjoy a Paris Private Tour of stunning artistic neighborhoods like Montmartre, take a Paris private tour and taste all of the delicacies this inimitable city has to offer.

What's our favorite? Well, it's hard to go wrong with our private Paris Chocolate tour, an intellectually curious look at the world-conquering sweet that covers everything from how such an innocuous bean became so beloved to why Paris might be the best city for chocolate in the world.

We also love our Musee d'Orsay Tour with an art historian, covering one of the most exciting and noteworthy periods of art. If we're feeling bohemian, let's alight to the 18th arr. for a tour of Montmartre – where we'll learn all about Lautrec, Picasso, and the rest of the avant-garde community of the late-19th and early-20th century. Our Paris private tours tours are personalized experiences with leading experts in French History, Art, and Culture.

Thanks to Lindsey for a detailed and interactive experience in learning about hundreds of years of Paris architecture. The tour was well-themed and well-paced, and provided great photo opportunities. Lindsey‘s combination of history, art, and architecture knowledge made for an informed and robust discussion of how the Paris of today came to be.
Georgia provided an informative and upbeat walk through the Latin Quarter, St. Germain and Il de Cite. Many opportunities for beautiful night photos. Good coverage of 2000+ years of history behind these areas.
Marie was an excellent guide through Marais. Her knowledge of Paris’ history, the importance of Marais in the 14-16 centuries, its evolution as part of the new ‘manufacturing’ alongside the guilds, and as a home for new immigrants really bought this district to life. Marie spent much time discussing the beautiful architecture of the hotels/mansions as well as their interiors. Marie is very personable and fun. Her extensive background in history, the arts and as a curator all add to an excellent and enjoyable tour.
