"Eleanora was one of the most fabulous tour guides we’ve ever had. She showed us all over Rome with such warmth, generosity, and care, giving us a true insider’s look at where to go, what to eat, and why each place mattered. If you’ve never been to Rome before, I highly recommend starting your trip with a food tour, especially with Eleanora. She is so connected to the community, and you can immediately feel how genuinely loved and respected she is by the local business owners. The relationships she has are authentic, and that made every stop feel personal and special. She shared wonderful stories about each location, gave us the real, honest take on the food and traditions, and somehow made us feel like we were the only people in the room. Every single bite felt memorable. The tour never felt overwhelming or rushed. She went completely at our pace, and by the end, we just wanted the day to keep going. Eleanora is truly a wonderful person and an incredible guide. This was one of the highlights of our time in Rome, and we could not recommend her more. "

Don’t just take our word for it
This was a great start to our Rome adventure. Massimo was wonderful!
This food tour with Massimo was absolutely fabulous! He was so lovely and engaged. We had several "surprise" stops that were just incredible. He's really knowledgeable, and the tour felt a lot more intimate than the others we've done, and it seemed like he really loved the area and what he was doing. It was so wonderful, EVERYONE in the party said it was their favorite tour (only partially bc of the food itself)! We really got to see more of the "real Rome" that we were hoping to find. It made us want to stay the rest of the time in Rome and skip the rest! I hope our other food tour is as fantastic, because Massimo set the bar high! Also, I think if youre wanting to see the "local rome", this tour would be perfect the first day!
