Adriana Sánchez Uebelhoer is a young entrepreneur who is passionate about gastronomy, design, and sustainability. She loves the all-around experience of working in a gastronomic space (some of them have even become her work office or “second homes”), and is completing a gastronomic and entrepreneurial course while exploring different aspects of the food industry. These include working in patisseries, waitressing in hotels, designing and organizing culinary-artistic events, hosting experimental baking workshops, and creating her own creative concept agency. Based in Barcelona since 2016, Adriana leads Context's Pica pica tour in Poble Sec and the Chocolate Tour. Through all the Context tours she leads, Adriana enjoys sharing her knowledge about Barcelona’s gastronomic culture and its healthy cuisine to visitors from all over the world.
