We couldn't have asked for a better guide than Alex. He took our family through the Tower of London, Borough Market, and St Paul's Cathedral, and kept the whole thing engaging from start to finish. What really stood out was how well he connected with our 5- and 6-year-olds — he pitched the history at a level they actually understood, answered every single question (and there were many, from all of us), and never once seemed rushed or impatient. He was also genuinely helpful with the stroller, which made a big difference navigating crowds and stairs. On top of all that, he sent us off with a list of local restaurant recommendations.
