Yes, everyone is welcome! Please keep in mind that the tour does not include specific "kid-friendly" interactive games or simplified activities designed for small children. However, younger siblings are more than welcome to join the family group.
For safety and insurance reasons, minors cannot participate in the tour alone. At least one parent or legal guardian must remain with the group for the entire duration of the experience. All bookings should be made under the name of the supervising adult.

The museum is wheelchair accessible and it has wheelchairs available to loan. There is a separate entrance for people with disabilities on the side of Vas. Herakleiou Street, accessed either by a ramp from the main view of the Museum or directly from the pavement of Vas. Herakleiou. Also, at the basement level there is an accessible toilet with all the appropriate infrastructure. Both access to the underground level and the first floor, there are lifts. The whole museum is accessible step-free.
