Brian has lived in Edinburgh for the past 25 years, worked with the public for the past 30 years, and specialises in food, drink and history. Before conducting tours around Edinburgh, Scotland, he worked for the Royal Collection for 10-15 years and at The Palace of Holyroodhouse, The Official Residence of King Charles in Scotland and Buckingham Palace, London. In 2015, he studied tour guiding at the University of Westminster, London before returning to Edinburgh to carry out history and food/drink tours. Edinburgh has a wonderful food and drink scene and he would love to show you what this wonderful city has to offer anyone in Edinburgh. Edinburgh also has a magnificent history which stretches much further from the city centre streets of The Royal Mile and Princes Street.
