Parisian by adoption, Michelle is a qualified pastry chef trained at the prestigious FERRANDI school, before surviving a Michelin kitchen. Relocated to Paris 9 years ago, Michelle hopelessly fell in love with the city, quit her marketing job, took a deep dive into the French gastronomic world and never looked back.
