Alessandra is fantastic; super knowledgeable; nice; articulate But there were 2 technical problems (1) your ticketing app didn’t work and we lost 1/2 hour waiting to get into the museum; started at 4 pm; given the cost of the guided tour that’s a lot of time to lose (2) the communication units used to hear her are lousy; way too much static
