Marion was great! She gave us lots of information and detail on Shibuya, and introduced us to excellent local food.
Fabian did a fabulous job showing us around the Tsukiji area—not an easy task, given the crowds. He highlighted important elements of Japanese cuisine and how they are created, using his extensive knowledge of fish, sake and koji. He is a delight to be with, too.
Our tour with Rafael was fantastic! He took us to the northeastern part of the city where many older buildings survive. He depth of knowledge about Japanese architecture, history, religion and culture is extensive, and he is a delightful person to share a day with. It was the perfect introduction to Japan for us as first-time visitors.
