Dr. Dmitry Kuznetsov is an urban planner and architectural historian. After completing his studies in France and Japan, where he earned a Doctoral degree from the Department of Architecture, Graduate school of Engineering, the University of Tokyo, he is currently working on international urban design projects. His field of expertise is international cooperation history, global postwar redevelopment, and the built environment.
