Patrizia did a great job. She was kind and pleasant. The market experience was wonderful with lots of beautiful fruits and vegetables. The meats and cheeses were nice, too. The food preparation was fun. I never knew kneading pasta dough was so difficult. In spite of that, it was a wonderful experience. The final meal result was delicious. I would do it again.
Our entire family had a wonderful time with Patrizia, and it was one of the most special things we did during our time in Italy. Patrizia graciously shared with us her extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture and her home, welcoming us into her world. Our kids, ages 9 and 6, loved learning about the art of pasta making, and it was an experience we will not forget. Thank you, Patrizia for a wonderful time!
Sorprendente!!! She was outstanding! It was our favorite in all of our tours and guides! What a treat! Love to Patrizia! Until next time…….
