We had a wonderful time shopping for the food at the local market and then cooking at Patricia’s beautiful home. She was a delight and the food was so delicious. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who would enjoy learning to cook authentic Italian food while visiting Tuscany.

We had the most wonderful and special cooking class with Patrizia. We loved going to the market to pick up the ingredients for our meal and her help and instruction in preparing our meal. The steak she prepared was the best we have ever eaten. We can't wait to make the recipes that she shared with us when we return home.

After getting lost due to GPS gliches our host Patrizia was very understanding and adapted our cooking class to the time we had remaining. She is very sweet and knowlegable and made this one of he highlights of our trip.
