Context Travel Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

Existing, paying Context clients (“Referrers”) can refer friends (“Friends”) to book any Context Tour (includes any walk available for purchase on www.contexttravel.com) by logging into his/her account on contexttravel.com and sharing his/her Referral code from a personal email account, or another method such as SMS or social media (the “Referral”).

For each Friend that purchases a Context tour using the Referrer’s code, the Referrer will receive a credit towards his/her next booking, and the friend will receive a one-time discount off his/her first booking. Referrers will receive the credit amount stated on contexttravel.com; Friends will receive a percent discount in the amount stated on contexttravel.com.

Referrers: To qualify, Referrers must be paying Context clients. When using their Referral code, Referrers must make sure they clearly explain that they will receive a credit for each Friend who books a Context tour using that code. Credit must be redeemed by the Referrer within 6 months of the credit being deposited in his/her account.

Friends: To be eligible to participate in the Refer a Friend Program, Friends must be new to Context, without an already active or inactive Context account.

Conditions: Purchasers of Context products or services other than a tour are not eligible to receive credit or a discount. Context will only honor the first Referral Link through which a Friend purchases a tour. Therefore, if multiple Referrers have referred the same Friend, only the first Referral code will be considered valid.

Referral Discount and Credits: Rewards may not be (i) combined with other offers, discounts, referrals, or gift cards; (ii) sold or transferred; (iii) redeemed for cash; (iv) redeemed for gift cards or other products with no expiration date. For Referrers, the maximum credit that can be applied to a given order is equal to the amount the Referrer would have paid for their tour if the credits were not applied. For example, if the Referrer would have paid $200 without the referral credit, then the maximum credit that can be applied to the order is $200. In such case, any credits earned above $200 will be applied to the subsequent bookings.

General: Referrers and Friends must comply with Context terms and policies and the terms and policies of any social media site where the referral code is posted/used. Referral codes are for individual, personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, which for the avoidance of doubt includes but is not limited to affiliate lead generation and bidding on Context search terms in connection with the Referral Link. Context reserves the right to cancel this Referral Program or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unused Referral amounts will be forfeited at that time. By participating in the Referral program you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Context Terms of Use and the Context Privacy Policy. Context reserves the right to revoke any discount otherwise disqualify any Referrer or Friend in the event of any suspected fraud or violation of the terms and conditions.
