Agnieszka is an historian specializing in the Holocaust, who graduated with degrees in History and Jewish Studies from the Jagiellonian Univeristy in Krakow, Poland. She has been working as a licensed educator and guide at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Site for nearly 19 years, as the Chief Programming Officer at the JCC Krakow for 7 years and is currently working as the Business Relation and Fundraising Specialist at the Galicia Jewish Museum in Krakow. She has built her knowledge and experience through multiple trainings, workshops, and seminars, both in Poland and internationally, which were organized by The U.S. State Department, Yad Vashem, The Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Site and Museum, The Taube Center for Jewish Life & Learning in Poland, and the POLIN Musem of The History of The Polish Jews.

Years ago, Agnieszka's Israeli friends started calling her Agi, which is how she still introduces herself today.
