Alexandra was born and raised raised in Athens, where she still lives. She has studied art history and archeology in Paris, art and literature in Spain, and film directing in Athens. Alexandra also graduated from the school of guides in Athens. She has been working as a guide all over Greece for 15 years and is a member of WFTGA (World Federation of Tourist Guides' Associations). She really adores travelling, and meeting and learning about people from different cultures from all over the world. To her, visiting a site is putting the pieces of a puzzle (mythology, history, philosophy, storytelling) together, so as to bring the site to life. Because Greek culture is also strongly tied to cuisine, she also has a deep passion for food.
