Francesca holds a degree in Art History from the University of Palermo and is both a certified sommelier and an olive oil expert.
Francesca has been leading history, food, and wine tours across Palermo and throughout Sicily for over 35 years. Her extensive passion for Sicilian culinary themes recently led her to co-author a book entitled Sicilian Food and Wine: The Cognoscente's Guide (Trinacria Editions, 2025).
