Ioannis (Yiannis) is an Athens-born tour guide and educator with a passion for connecting cultures through storytelling and exploration. After studying tourism and hospitality management and public history in Greece and the UK, he built a career devoted to teaching and creating meaningful, story-driven experiences for travelers.

Since 2014, Yiannis has called Lucerne home, where he works as a lecturer and a freelance tour guide, sharing the city’s history, culture, and hidden gems with locals and visitors alike. Drawing on his academic background in sustainable tourism and public history, he brings thoughtfulness and depth to every tour, making each walk through Lucerne both engaging and memorable.

When he is not guiding, Yiannis enjoys street photography and perfecting his pizza-making skills at home.
