Karen Bordelon is a teacher having taught 2nd through 12th grade. She received her BS in education at Louisiana State University. Born and raised in New Orleans, Karen has spent a lifetime immersed in the unique culture of a city she loves. Karen became interested in tour guiding after extensive travel with her five children and husband. She and her family have hosted international exchange students for ten years, which furthered broaden her perspective of the world and brought her great joy. Additionally, she has a particular interest in genealogy as well as Louisiana immigration patterns. She takes pride in sharing the fascinating history and culture of New Orleans.
