About Michelle
Parisian by adoption, Michelle is a qualified pastry chef trained at the prestigious FERRANDI school, before surviving a Michelin kitchen. Educated in the UK, she graduated with a master's degree in Strategic Marketing and worked for a Fortune 500 FMCG company in Australia, Hong Kong before relocating to Paris nearly 10 years ago. Hopelessly fell in love with the city, Michelle quit her marketing job, took a deep dive into the French gastronomic world and never looked back. When Michelle is not leading tours, she writes, bakes, practices photography, visits art galleries and museums. She also experiments with her chef friends fusion cuisine via private fine-dining experiences. Last but not least, she inspects pastry shops and examines the latest sweet creations every single day. Happy stepmom of 2 teenagers - solid experience working with children of all ages.
