Robert moved to Barcelona two years ago following on from his Masters in History at The University of Lancaster. His research focus has led him to consider our ways of discussing relationships between individuals and groups, the past and present, the real and imagined, in order to promote and provoke serious discussion. Robert's enchantment with Barcelona as a palimpsest is what drives his exploration of its history and distinct character. His teaching work has deepened his appreciation of the role of student as well as teacher, another key interest for Robert.
