Context was founded in Rome in 2003 by Paul Bennett and Lani Bevacqua, an ex-pat couple eager to curate experiences for travelers, not tourists. Since then Context has taken over 200,000 people to 60+ destinations around the world – accompanied by thousands of leading experts.

Seeking Dynamic Experts and Licensed Guides in Cities Around the World

  • Applicants should hold a higher degree (MA or Ph.D. or an equivalent credential) and/or have licensure to lead tours as required by cities or venues.
  • An ability to connect with people of all ages is essential, and demonstrated experience working with or teaching children is a plus. 
  • Fluency in English (all our tours are led in English); bonus if you speak another language, especially Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, or Mandarin.
