Hear from our customers
Joline was wonderful. She shared personal stories and insights along with a powerful historical perspective. She was knowledgeable, patient and had so much to offer. We highly recommend.
We had such a lovely tour with Joline. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but what made the experience especially memorable was the way she brought history to life through the human stories of the people who lived it. Her storytelling made the history feel vivid and deeply meaningful. While traveling in South Africa, we found that much of the history we were learning focused, understandably, on Apartheid, which is essential to understand. But Joline helped fill in the broader historical context we had been missing. That deeper perspective gave us a much richer understanding of South Africa as a whole, and also helped us better understand some of the roots and conditions that contributed to the rise of Apartheid. We came away feeling that we had learned so much, and we’re very grateful for the experience. Joline is a wonderful guide!
