Laura was a wonderful guide, knew so many interesting details about the Medicis and answered all of our questions. Very happy that she was our personal guide to the Palazzo Pitti.
Giovanna was absolutely fabulous. It was cool and raining and we did not have a great trip into the city. After we left her tour we were upbeat and very informed about things we could do and see. Because of her I believe that I could/would take a trip back to Florence to visit the many places she informed us about. She was one of our favorite tour guides.
Great tour! Kate was so knowledgeable and personable. Learned a lot. Small group is key. Highly recommended.
