Our guide and driver were very good, lots of good information. The reason for 4 stars is more the itinerary. Pena Palace is over-crowded and I'm not sure why it is considered a must-see while in Lisbon. The harbor of Cascais as well, I thought was not very pretty and not sure why the tours all stop there. The lunch stop was beautiful and the food was delicious. No complaints about the guide and driver, they were great.
