Where to begin! Sintra was my day 2 tour during my trip to Lisbon, and it was just as amazing as Alfama, but so incredibly different! The lush greenery of the country side, the rich history within the castles, such beauty and devastation that simultaneously reside within the fabric of the culture. Jaime’s energy and passion brought everything to life. He even shared a bit of how his family’s history tied in to the history of the community. He was so thoughtful and took several great pictures of me to take home to remember such a memorable day. I left Lisbon feeling like I spent two days with friends who were excited to share their home and culture with me. I even got to share that with my boyfriend who was so kind to book the tours for me, while he was busy with work. Jaime helped me book a dinner reservation at a restaurant that Tiago recommended for an even of Fado, what a great way to fully emerge yourself in the culture. We left Lisbon on a very high note, and if we’re ever out this way again, we shall most certainly book other tours. Thank you!

Tiago is an amazing guide! I was running late, he waited patiently. He made me feel very comfortable and safe during my first trip to Lisbon. He shared so much knowledgeable insight about the culture and history of Alfama. It felt like having an old friend sharing their neighborhood with me. He was so fluid in tailoring the tour to the interests I shared with him, art and music. He even took me to an incredible tile shop where I could watch the artists at work. He recommended some great restaurants and things to do while I stay. I highly recommend booking this tour!
