Fred was extraordinarily well informed and patient as one of us was mobility limited. Fred's knowledge of Oxford history and colleges, and key sights to enjoy, we're unparalleled. It was especially nice to be able to go behind the scenes at Merton College (home to Tolkien and TS Eliot) and see the grounds and chapel with medieval stained glass. An excellent afternoon!
