Our tour with Bex was not quite what we expected. Due to scheduling at Buckingham Palace, the Changing of the Guards was not provided. Bex informed us of this change well in advance of the tour to give us a chance to choose optional experiences or cancel the tour. We chose to go ahead with the tour and were delighted with our walk. She showed us many interesting sites and provided expert background information of each one. Since many sites were closed due to a holiday, she helped us to find additional sites to visit after our tour, which we greatly enjoyed.

Sarah was amazing! This was our 3rd day of tours and our teenagers were exhausted. She made the Tower of London experience truly memorable. Highly recommend!
