Ana the tour guide was fantastic. The back office was not. We had to cancel one of 8 people as he had Covid. I asked the office to give Anna the cost as a tip and they refused saying we could only use it as a credit for another tour within a year. Not nice of them.

Very nice walking tour. Constança was very organized, knowledgeable and friendly! We enjoyed our time in Porto.

She introduced us to the Porto market, and the food/wine in this area. She was engaging and knowledgeable. Since she is a sommelier and chef, we got some great info about food in Portugal and very specific info about Porto, plus some restaurant recommendations. We only wish we had more time with her. A great experience
