Fred has lived with his family in Bath for 20 years. He has a degree in Latin and Philosophy, is a qualified secondary school teacher and has had a long career as a travel journalist, with his articles regularly featuring in leading national newspapers. Fred also works as a professional tour guide across South West England. He particularly enjoys showing guests around Bath and providing insights into the fascinating Roman Baths, the spectacular Georgian architecture and the fashionable and quirky lifestyle of the city back in Jane Austen’s time.
