Jason grew up in a small town in central Illinois, USA, and eventually finished writing his thesis for his M.A. in history while in Germany. He and his family have lived north of Munich near the town of Dachau for the past fifteen years. Jason gives historical tours of Bavaria, mostly in Nuremberg and Dachau but also Regensburg and Munich on occasion. He also does some work for the Dachau Memorial Site directly and for an international school nearby.
