María Victoria holds a PhD in Classical Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid. Her doctoral thesis was dedicated to the epigraphic testimonies of the cult to the Greek god of wine and theatre, Dionysos. She has been a high school teacher, and she currently works at university and in the publishing industry. She is an enthusiast of culture, history, art and linguistics. She can speak fluently four languages (Spanish, English, French and Italian). She grew up in Madrid, but she has lived in in many countries, including Italy, the U.K. and the United States. She loves the center of Madrid, where she lives, stimulating conversations and dancing.
