She combines her background in Canadian Studies and Professional Cooking with her certification as a Montreal tour guide to open up the city, usually through tasting, and the senses combined with history, personal stories and intimate encounters with key people in the food industry. Mélissa is an adept storyteller and draws on both her knowledge and unmatched love of people and food. She is originally from British Columbia but has called Montreal home for 20 years, which gives her a duel identity and broad perspective.
