We were unsure what to expect from this tour, but the moment we met Esther, we were excited! It was obvious she is an experienced chef and foodie! She did a beautiful job making us feel special and welcomed as she introduced us to the history, heritage, culture and customs of her beautiful country! Esther used maps and photos to illustrate the regions of certain foods, then took us to 3 uniquely special restaurants where we explored tastes and textures of delicious tapas selections. She went out of her way to accommodate our preferences, encouraging us to try new and interesting dishes. It was a fantastic experience and one I would highly recommend if Esther is the guide!
