We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the Royal Palace of Madrid tour. Barbara was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and friendly—truly a pleasure to work with. Her timing was excellent, allowing us to move through the palace ahead of the large groups, which made the entire experience feel much more personal and enjoyable.

Clarisa was an outstanding guide and a highlight of our visit to Madrid. Having grown up in Madrid, her knowledge is vast and she enjoys sharing it with you. We learned a lot about both historical Madrid and modern Madrid. We would absolutely recommend her.
