Natalia is an actress, translator, and language teacher. Working as an English and Spanish-as-a-second-language instructor at several universities, study-abroad programs, and in-company courses, she specializes in alternative techniques and has become an entrepreneur in the field, creating Tomato Spirit English Clubs, an acting and language school. In addition, Natalia has worked as an actress, producer, and director in Argentina, Bolivia, Germany, and Spain. At present, she is working on the last stage production of her play “To Be or Not To Be... from the South.”
While pursuing a degree in psychology in France, Natalia developed a love of travel, and, upon returning to her home in Buenos Aires, focused her studies on cultural tourism. She thrives on showing visitors the authentic cultural aspects of Argentina and promotes a shared respect for different cultures, local environments, and traditional artisans. Natalia is active in the Buenos Aires Jewish community and enjoys taking visitors into this special part of the city.
A Buenos Aires native, Santiago studied architecture at the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, where he also taught for six years. His passion for drawing lead him first to became a comic strip artist and later a street artist. He has painted walls all over South America, Mexico and also in Europe. His “signature” is a flying pig, which can be found all over Buenos Aires. He grew fond of these friendly animals while working on his family´s farm, which is located 200 km away from the city, in what used to be a small Irish colony known locally as Arroyo de Luna. This variety of activities give him a unique perspective on the city and its history that he looks forward to sharing with visitors on Context tours.
