The walking tour was absolutely brilliant. Our guide, Tiago, took us to places we would never have seen with anyone else eg interiors of restaurants and nationally important buildings which are not open to tours. It was a personal journey that took us into the heart of what it means to be a Lisbon native. His was a unique perspective of how Lisbon’s long history has informed the archeological and artistic sensibilities we see today. A more knowledgeable and passionate Lisbon native would be hard to find. Loved it.
This tour was spectacular! It was a great way to see most of Lisbon in one day, while getting a good understanding of the city's history, culture, and food. For someone who was only in Lisbon for a few days, this tour was the perfect way to make the most of my time there.
Raquel was an excellent guide. She gave us a much better understanding of Belém and the important role of the Portuguese navigators and of Portugal itself at that time.
